No Guarantee of Claim Approval
Scope-Medic does not guarantee insurance claim approval, supplement approval, payment amounts, or coverage determinations.
Insurance coverage decisions remain solely with the insurance carrier and policy terms.
Not Public Adjusting
Scope-Medic is not acting as a public adjusting firm unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing and licensed where required.
We do not negotiate policy coverage on behalf of insured homeowners unless legally authorized.
Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for verifying:

- Scope accuracy
- Project conditions
- Final estimate contents prior to submission or construction.
Limitation of Liability
Scope-Medic shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Poject delays
- Denied claims
- Accuracies resulting from incomplete information provided by clients.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, workflows, and materials are property of Scope-Medic and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
Payments
Invoices are due according to agreed payment terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
